No trip to California would be complete without a visit to Yosemite National Park, the flagship of America's National Park Service. Yosemite covers 1189 square miles of some of the world's most spectacular scenery. Waterfalls, glaciated cliffs, bears, hiking, Giant Sequoias, swimming, snow, amazing trails, rock climber spotting, sunny weather, meeting new people and having a laugh are among the never to be forgotten experiences.

Hotel Accommodations will be at The Cedar Lodge which is located in the picturesque Merced River Canyon close to the river - outside the park. The river flows heavy in spring and early summer but is beautiful to swim in during August and September. Cedar Lodge has private beach access to the Merced River along with an indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

 

Yosemite National Park - One Night and 2 Days with Hotel

Winter Months: November 1 - March: Guests will have Day 2 on their own. Tours during the winter are semi-guided. Your will be going to Yosemite with our One 1-day tour and getting The Yosemite Valley Tour on Day 1. You will then have the rest of Day 1 and Day 2 on your own. A second group picks you up in Yosemite Valley on the afternoon of the second day for your return trip to San Francisco. During Winter Months Lunch and Breakfast are not included in rate. 

SAN FRANCISCO TO YOSEMITE - DAY ONE

The Yosemite Park Hotel Tour begins with a complimentary pick-up from your San Francisco accommodations. After a scenic drive through the coastal mountains, the Central Valley, and the Foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, we arrive at Yosemite National Park at approximately 10:30am - 11:30am. Once in Yosemite, your guide will give you a 1.5 Hour narrated tour of Yosemite Valley and surrounding areas with stunning look out points for ample photo opportunities.

• Yosemite Valley Tour: Yosemite Valley is approximately 1 mile wide and 7 miles long. During this part of the tour, we make numerous stops for you to enjoy, photograph and appreciate the spectacular beauty that is Yosemite. You will see the valley from a number of great vantage points, the best of which is perhaps Inspiration Point at 4,500 feet above sea level. Yosemite is a mecca for rock climbers, and the sight of people climbing El Capitan's 3,000 ft sheer rock face is quite amazing. Provided all year round.

After completeing the Valley Tour you will be escorted to The Yosemite Park Vistors Center where you will have ample free time on your own. Your overnight luggage will be kept secure with the driver and vehicle. This is a great time to visit the center and talk to Park Rangers. Eateries are located in this area, for guests who want to dine. As this is a small group, hotel check in time is flexible. Your guide will consult with the group decide on a check in time.  Guests will be ecsorted to the Cedar Lodge for Check in at the decided time. Check in time is generally any time between 3:00pm - 5:00pm.

SAN FRANCISCO TO YOSEMITE - DAY TWO

Day two starts early so as to maximize time in the park. Rising early, we pack up, and start the day.

• Summer Months: April - October: The starts with the a drive up to Glacier Point - weather permitting. Glacier Point is one of the most famous views of Yosemite. Arriving at Glacier Point you will have the option to take a Self Guided Hike of The Panoramic Trail. The Panoramic Trail is one of Yosemite's breathtaking trails. This hike takes you past 3 waterfalls, the Illilouette Falls, Nevada Falls and Vernal Falls and sweeping views of Yosemite Valley. This trail is 9 miles of mostly downhill. OR choose to return to the Valley with the vehicle and have the remainder of the time to yourself in the valley at the Visitors Center area 

• Winter Months: November - March: Guests will have Day 2 on their own. Tours during the winter are semi-guided. Your will be going to Yosemite with our One 1-day tour and getting The Yosemite Valley Tour on Day 1. You will then have the rest of Day 1 and Day 2 on your own. A second group picks you up in Yosemite Valley on the afternoon of the second day for your return trip to San Francisco.

Yosemite offers many shorter, easier trails or some moderate trails to the waterfalls. Other fun activities in the park include bike rentals, Yosemite Park Museums, Shops, float down the river in a raft - seasonal and much more. Or just relax by the river or in a meadow. In the late afternoon, we reconvene and leave Yosemite at approximately 3:30 - 4:00pm head back to San Francisco arriving between 8:30 and 9:00pm.

Handicap Accessibility:

• Wheelchair facilities are available. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the van on their own and if the wheelchair is foldable. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected upon confirmation of your tour. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation Policy:

• 20% of Total Tour Cost + $10.00 Administration Fee for any cancellations once the tour is booked.

• 30% of Total Tour Cost + $10.00 Administration Fee for cancellations between 72 - 24 Hours before tour date.

• 100% of the Total Tour Cost for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour date and for No-Shows. Customers are considered a No-Show if they cancel the morning of the trip, are not at the designated pickup location at the correct time, or for any other reason miss a tour without informing Incredible Adventures at least 12 hours prior to departure - such as not giving us their hotel info.
